Frequently Asked Questions

For Well-Informed Healthcare Decisions

What is the cost to have 24/7 live-in care?

The cost of care will depend on the specifics of the care plan.  One of our administrators will meet with you to create your custom care plan and determine what the level of care will be needed.  Then they will let you know the cost of care.

Where does the caregiver stay?

Because our personal care aides will be living in the home, they will need a private room.  This will be separate space where they can keep their personal belongings and of course sleep.

How soon can services start?

We strive to have caregivers prepared to work for you within 24 to 48 hours from filling out your new client paperwork.

Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a home care professional?

Yes.   We start with a phone conversation to answer any questions you may have.  Then our administrator will come to your home to discuss further details of care and when that care will begin.  Often times our clients are coming home from the hospital and need specific help as they are recovering, the details of this care will be included in the free consultation.

In Good Hands

Are your practitioners certified professionals?

All of our Personal Care Aides are registered with the State of Utah and have received company training.  More importantly, they are loving and caring individuals who have dedicated their lives to helping others.  We don't train our people to be compassionate, we hire compassionate people.

What should I consider when choosing a home health care provider?

One of the benefits of having a Live-In Personal Care Aide is that you don't have a crew of individuals providing care.  In a traditional care plan the client does not have control over what caregivers are coming and going.  With our approach you will have 1 primary caregiver, and 2 secondary caregivers who will know your care plan and will be the back up when your primary caregiver has time off.  This provides you with consistent and familiar support.
